No show, cancellation  and rescheduling policy.

Greetings from Black Heart Barber Company.

Our cancellation policy operates as such- to respect our barbers time and schedule, we have a 4 hour minimum cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time, you will be documented as a no show. After your first no show you will be charged 100% for all following no shows that occur within a 6 month period. If you are a FIRST TIME CLIENT and no show your Barber, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. If you are receiving this message you have been documented as a no show.

***Holiday Season Cancellation Policy***

As our barbers are in especially high demand during the holiday season, ALL HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS (all appointments during the months of November and December) will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment if not cancelled or rescheduled within the companies allotted timeframe. THIS INCLUDES FIRST TIME NO SHOWS. Per usual, all following no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment if not cancelled or rescheduled within companies allotted timeframe.
